Can I edit a job posting after it is live?
Yes. Recruiters can update active postings from the dashboard. Material changes may require review before the listing refreshes in search results.
Searching jobs
How can I find jobs that match my specialty?
Use search filters such as role type, location, compensation, and schedule preferences. Save searches to receive future alerts for matching opportunities.
Can I save jobs for later?
Yes. Use the save action on any listing to add it to your saved jobs so you can review and compare opportunities later.
Account management
How do I update my account details?
Go to your profile and settings pages to update your information, preferences, and communication settings.
I cannot access my account. What should I do?
Start by resetting your password. If you still cannot sign in, contact support and include the email address tied to your account.
Payments and billing
What payment methods are supported?
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Accepted methods depend on your region and available Stripe payment options.
Where can I find invoices and billing history?
Recruiters can access billing details from their account billing settings and Stripe customer portal when available.
