Position Overview
CRNA position at Aurora Medical Center Grafton supporting Advocate Health in Grafton, Wisconsin. Full-time role in an ACT practice model.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range $251,680 - $330,720. $100,000 sign-on bonus. Guaranteed additional shifts at $75-$100/hour premium. 30 days PTO with accrual based on years of service. 40 hours CME and $2,250 annual CME allowance. Paid medical liability insurance. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage. Retirement benefits with 401(k) employer contributions. Relocation assistance. Flexible spending accounts and family support benefits.
Schedule & Call Requirements
No call responsibilities. No weekends or holidays required. Opportunity to rotate through associated ambulatory surgery centers.
Qualifications
Graduate of accredited Nurse Anesthesia program. Current or eligible Wisconsin RN and APRN licensure. NBCRNA certification or eligibility. BLS and ACLS certifications. New graduates and practicing CRNAs welcome.
