Position Overview

CRNA position at Aurora Medical Center Summit in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Full-time role with hourly compensation of $121-$159 and a $100,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule and Call Requirements

5 x 8-hour shifts. No call, no weekends, and no holiday coverage required. Rotation through two ambulatory surgery center locations.

Compensation

Hourly rate $121-$159. Guaranteed additional shift opportunities with premiums of +$75-$100/hour above base rate. $100,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing. Active RN and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP license in Wisconsin. Active national board certification as CRNA by NBCRNA. Active DEA registration. ACLS, PALS, NRP as required. New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans. Administer anesthesia care. Monitor patient status. Collaborate with care teams. Participate in post-anesthesia evaluations. Maintain clinical documentation.
