Position Overview

Full-time CRNA role at Aurora Medical Center Mount Pleasant in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. Schedule is Monday through Friday 10-hour days with no call, no holidays, and no weekends. Sites include AMCMP and Racine Surgery Center.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate $121-$159 ($251,680-$330,720 annually). Sign-on bonus eligible up to $100,000 with forgivable loan option available. Extra shift bonuses $75-$100/hour. 30 days PTO increasing with service. CME reimbursement $2,250 annually plus 40 hours CME PTO. Malpractice insurance covered. Licensure and certification costs covered. No non-compete clauses.

Qualifications

Master's degree in nursing. CRNA certification. Wisconsin RN and APNP licenses. DEA registration. ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (some within 6 months). No experience required; new graduates accepted.

Job Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia including general, regional, and monitored care. Monitor patients during and after procedures. Perform pre- and post-anesthesia duties. Respond to emergencies. Maintain records and narcotic accountability.
