Position Overview

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate of $121 to $159. Sign-on bonus eligible up to $100,000. Forgivable loan option available. CME reimbursement of $2,250 annually plus 40 hours of CME PTO. Qualifications

Master's degree in nursing required. Active RN and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP license in Wisconsin. National board certification as CRNA by NBCRNA. Active DEA registration. ACLS, PALS, and NRP as required by site. No experience required; new graduates accepted.
