Position Overview

CRNA position at Aurora Medical Center Sheboygan County in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Full-time role with hourly pay of $121-$159 ($251,680-$330,720 annual equivalent).

Schedule and Call

Monday through Friday with flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts. Call is 0-2 times per month, 5-8 weekends per year, and maximum 1 holiday per year.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate $121-$159. Sign-on bonus eligible up to $100,000. Forgivable loan option available. CME reimbursement $2,250 annually plus 40 hours of CME PTO. Malpractice insurance paid. Extra shift bonuses $75-$100 per hour. 30 days PTO increasing with years of service. No non-compete clauses. Licensure and certification costs covered. Relocation assistance available.

Team and Practice

Collaborative care model with 4 physicians and 13 CRNAs. CRNA-led team. Anesthesia services for adult patients in elective and emergency surgical settings.

Requirements

Active RN and APRN license in Wisconsin. NBCRNA certification. Active DEA registration. ACLS, PALS, NRP as required. Master's degree in nursing. New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply.
