Position Overview

Locum Tenens CRNA position in Phoenix, Arizona providing full-scope anesthesia care in obstetrics and the operating room within a supervised care model.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Typically 3-4 shifts per week totaling 36+ hours. 12-hour shifts with some 10-hour shifts available. Flexibility for days, nights, and weekends including at least one full weekend shift per month. Approximately three to six night shifts per month.

Compensation

Weekly estimated pay of $6,320 to $6,660. 1099 contract position.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years recent CRNA experience in a hospital setting. Current obstetric anesthesia experience including high-risk cases. Experience with pediatric and neurological head cases. Active Arizona CRNA license or eligibility. Board certification within last 5 years. Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.

Assignment Details

Start date November 16, 2026. Duration 26 weeks through May 17, 2027. Minimum commitment of four weeks and three shifts per week.
