Position Overview
Envision Physician Services seeks CRNAs for Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, AZ. Full-time and PRN positions available.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $400K-$450K annually for full-time. $2,000 CME allowance. Competitive compensation with robust benefits from day one.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Full-time schedule is 3 weeks on and 1 week off. Flexible work schedules in a collaborative environment.
Practice Model
CRNA-only model with autonomy supported. Leadership and mentoring opportunities available.
Facility Details
Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center is a 25-bed facility with 4-bed ICU. Services include general surgery, orthopedic surgery, eye surgery, ENT surgery, OB/GYN, outpatient day surgery, and urology. OB averages 20 deliveries per month.
