No Call, $50K Bonus CRNA | Scottsdale, AZ

Position Overview

No weekends or overnight call CRNA position at HonorHealth Scottsdale Thompson Peak with case variety including orthopedics, spine, general surgery, and vascular.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting base compensation $260K-$266K with salary increase after two years. $50K start date bonus. Up to 9 weeks PTO based on experience. Premium pay for overtime and extra shifts. W-2 position with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k. Annual CME allowance. Company holidays do not count toward PTO. Licensure reimbursement.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Four 10-hour weekday shifts per week with flexible options. No weekends. No overnight call.

Qualifications

New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply. Care team model with CRNA autonomy.

HonorHealth Scottsdale Thompson Peak Medical Center has 120 beds and 7 ORs plus endo. Valley Anesthesia provides exclusive anesthesia services for the HonorHealth network.
