Position Overview
CRNA position at HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. Full-time role with three 12-hour weekday shifts per week and flexible options. No weekends or overnight call. Case variety includes orthopedic spine, urology, gynecologic, robotic, and general surgery.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting base compensation $260K-266K with increase after two years. $50K start date bonus. Premium pay for overtime and extra shifts. Up to 9 weeks PTO based on experience. W-2 position with health, dental, vision, 401k, annual CME allowance, and licensure reimbursement. Company holidays do not count toward PTO.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Three 12-hour weekday shifts. No weekends. No overnight call.
Qualifications
New graduates encouraged to apply. Care team model with CRNA autonomy.
Facility Details
427-bed full-service hospital with main ORs, endoscopy suites, NORA sites, and 10-room outpatient department/ASC.
