Position Overview

Join Valley Anesthesia at HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center as a CRNA in a collaborative care team model with strong CRNA autonomy. This W-2 position offers a unique fixed daytime schedule with no overnight call.

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Three 12-hour daytime shifts per week (Friday-Sunday)
• No overnight call
• Day shift only

Compensation & Benefits

• $280K starting base compensation with salary increase after two years
• $50K start date bonus
• Up to 9 weeks PTO based on experience
• Premium pay for overtime and extra shifts

Facility Details

HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center is a 238-bed Level I Trauma Center with 14 ORs plus 3 endo suites. The facility recently completed a renovation and OR expansion.

Qualifications

Both experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Diverse case mix includes joint replacements, orthopedic, spine, urologic, gynecologic, endoscopic, and general surgery procedures.
