Position Overview

Envision Physician Services is seeking a skilled CRNA for a full-time position at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital on Florida’s Emerald Coast. This predictable schedule offers no call and no nights with 5 x 8-hour day shifts per week, plus one Saturday per month and one holiday per year.

Practice Model

Care team model with 9 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs. 12 operating rooms featuring a broad case mix including vascular, ortho, neuro, trauma, ENT, GYN, OB (non-high risk), cardiothoracic, thoracic, robotic, plastics, GI, EP, MRI, CT, cath lab, bronch lab, and healthy pediatrics.
