Position Overview

BayCare Medical Group seeks CRNAs for Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin, and Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. Roles offer collaborative practice in a not-for-profit system.

Schedule and Call Requirements

No night call. One holiday call per year. Three day-call shifts per quarter on weekends only. Flexible options include 8-, 10-, 12-, and 13-hour shifts.

Practice Details

Optional cardiac cases. No pediatrics. No trauma. Strong physician collaboration and support.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary with sign-on bonus based on experience. Eight weeks PTO available immediately. $2,500 annual CME allowance. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD coverage.
