CRNA Low Call, 8 Weeks PTO | Plant City, FL

Position Overview

BayCare Medical Group seeks CRNAs for South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, Florida. The role welcomes experienced CRNAs and new graduates through the Earn as You Learn program.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a case mix of OB/Gyn, robotics, pediatrics, urology, thoracic, ENT, vascular, OMFS, plastics, general, and ortho spine averaging 25 cases per day. No cardiac or neurology cases. OB anesthesia experience or interest preferred.

Schedule and Call

Flexible shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours. Beeper call only with 2 overnight shifts per month: one weekday 7 PM to 7 AM and one weekend 7 PM to 7 AM.

Qualifications

Current RN license, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and certification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

South Florida Baptist Hospital features a $326 million renovated campus with 146 private rooms, a 20-unit infusion center, and modern imaging. Team includes 1 Chief CRNA, 5 anesthesiologists, and 11 CRNAs in a collaborative care model.

Compensation and Benefits
