Position Overview

BayCare Medical Group is offering flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN CRNA opportunities at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in Port Richey, Florida.

Schedule and Call

No night call. Current openings are 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m., 7:00 p.m.). Three day-call shifts per quarter (weekends only) if needed. Flexible scheduling options available.

Practice Model

4:1 supervision model with team-based practice. Physicians encourage collaboration and CRNAs working at top of scope.

Case Mix

Orthopedics, Vascular, General/Robotic, GU, ENT, GI, and IR sedation. No OB, Pediatrics, Hearts, or Neuro.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary and sign-on bonus with tiered compensation based on experience. Eight weeks PTO available immediately. Annual CME allowance of $2,500. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD. Retirement plan with employer match. Shift differentials and evening/weekend stipends. Malpractice insurance covered at 100%. Not-for-profit eligibility for PSLF.
