Position Overview

Join the anesthesia team at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital as a CRNA with newly enhanced 2026 compensation, up to $150,000 start date bonus, and up to 10 weeks PTO. Enjoy flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts in a collaborative ACT model.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across a diverse case mix including Trauma, Ortho, Vascular, Cardiothoracic, GYN, OB (non high-risk), Thoracic, Robotic, Plastics, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cath Lab, and healthy pediatrics.

Qualifications

New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcome. Students may inquire about the Earn While You Learn Program offering up to $2,500/month during the final year of school.

HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is a 330-bed Level II Trauma Center with modern operating rooms and comprehensive surgical services.
