No Call, 4-Day Week CRNA | Glendale, AZ

Position Overview

Join Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision practice, as a CRNA at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and Banner Estrella Medical Center in the Phoenix area. This role offers a predictable schedule with four 10-hour weekday shifts, no weekends, and no overnight call.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for General, Neuro, Ortho, OB/GYN, Peds, Bariatrics, Urology, Orthospine, Ortho Trauma, ENT/OMFS cases
• Work in a Level I Trauma Center environment with state-of-the-art surgical suites

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Four 10-hour weekday shifts per week
• No weekends or overnight call
• Premium pay for overtime and extra shifts

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base compensation of $260K (based on experience) with increase after two years
• $75K start date bonus
• Up to 9 weeks PTO based on experience
• Comprehensive W-2 benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k

• Company-paid licensure reimbursement
• Company holidays do not count against PTO

Facility Details

Banner Thunderbird Medical Center is a 561-bed Level I Trauma Center with 15 main ORs. Banner Estrella Medical Center offers 317 private beds and 11 main ORs. Both facilities are highly ranked in the Phoenix metro area.
