Level 1 Trauma Anesthesiologist | Washington, DC

Position Overview

MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology seeks a full-time Anesthesiologist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a quaternary care Level 1 trauma center in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across more than 40 sites including 30+ ORs, Endoscopy, EP Lab, and Labor and Delivery. Case mix includes general, trauma, neuro, thoracic, vascular, orthopedics, ENT, reconstructive plastics, oral, GYN, burn, OB, EP, GI, and IR.

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist. Teaching opportunities available with SAA and SRNA programs.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range $505,000-$535,000 per year plus competitive bonus and incentive. Student loan forgiveness eligibility. Guaranteed 8 weeks paid time off plus holidays. Schedule & Call Requirements

Day/night shifts with rotating weekends. Onsite position.
