Position Overview

Cardiac CRNA position at AdventHealth Ocala supporting high-acuity cardiac procedures in a team-based environment.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Monday through Friday schedule with no call or weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

Median compensation of $245K based on experience. $100,000 sign-on bonus paid within first 30 days. $15K cardiac stipend. $4,000 CME allowance with 5 paid days. 9 weeks paid vacation. Health insurance eligible from day one. 401 and 403b retirement plans. Premium shift bonus available.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver anesthesia care for CVOR procedures, electrophysiology cases, and structural heart interventions. Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, administer general and regional anesthesia, provide intraoperative monitoring, and manage post-anesthesia recovery.

Requirements

Active Florida ARNP license. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

AdventHealth Ocala located at 1500 SW 1st Ave, Ocala, Florida 34471. Collaborative team including anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists.
