CRNA $230K Base + $90K Sign-On | Fort Myers, FL

Position Overview

Full-time call-taking CRNA position with US Anesthesia Partners at HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital, and Cape Coral Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida.

Compensation

Starting base salary of $230,000. Up to $90,000 sign-on bonus. Specialty stipends up to $60,000 for cardiac or pediatric cases and $35,000 for single specialty. Daily shift premium and additional call compensation. W2 benefits include health, dental, vision, profit sharing with 401k match, occurrence-based malpractice, guaranteed hours, and liberal time off.

Practice Details

Care team model with ratios from 1:2 to 1:4. Team includes 30 anesthesiologists and 64 anesthetists providing over 50,000 anesthetics annually across three hospitals and two outpatient surgery centers. Case mix includes complex cardiothoracic, advanced regional, pediatric, and over 6,000 labor and delivery procedures annually.

Schedule

Shifts include 4x10s and 3x12s with one 8-hour shift every other week.

Qualifications

CRNAs must meet Florida licensure and hospital credentialing requirements.
