Position Overview

Full-time CRNA role at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Carbon in Lehighton, PA. Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

W2 compensation of $332,800 annually plus $10,000 annual retention bonus. $160 hourly rate. $75,000 sign-on bonus with 3-year commitment. Health, dental, vision, life, disability, and malpractice insurance. 401(k) and flexible spending accounts. 6 weeks PTO and $5,000 CME allowance. Opportunity for additional pay as 2nd remote on-call backup.

Practice Environment

2 ORs plus GI. 1,000 cases per year including ortho, general, uro, vascular, ENT, and GI.

Qualifications

Active PA license, board certification, ACLS, PALS, and BLS required.
