Position Overview

Split-shift CRNA position with Somnia Anesthesia at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare System in Germantown, TN. CRNAs practice full scope including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, and central lines.

Compensation & Benefits

$238,800 annual base salary (W2). 8 weeks PTO. $10,400 seniority premium for 10+ years experience. $16,667 commencement bonus. $16,667 annual retention bonus. $3,000 education stipend. Schedule & Call Requirements

Split shifts allow choice of when to work. No mandatory call.

Practice Environment

Cases include general, cardiac, vascular, neuro, ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, plastics, obstetrical, and NORA. 40,000 annual cases across five system hospitals. Teaching opportunities available.

Qualifications

Active state license, DEA, state CDS, board certification, ACLS, PALS, and BLS required. New graduates accepted.
