Position Overview

US Anesthesia Partners is recruiting CRNAs to join their practice serving AdventHealth Hospital locations throughout Central Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across a wide range including bread and butter cases, transplant procedures, neurosurgery, orthopedic care, and over 8,000 annual labor and delivery procedures. Opportunities exist for subspecialty cardiac and pediatric teams.

Schedule and Call Requirements

No overnight call. 36 and 40-hour workweeks available with guaranteed hours and flexible scheduling including overtime options. Differentials offered for evenings, nights, weekends, CV, and complex pediatrics.

Compensation and Benefits

Tiered salary based on years of experience. Sign-on bonus options for 2, 3, or 5 years. $3,333 monthly student stipend available. Annual bonuses starting on second anniversary. Retirement plan with 401(k) 4% company match and 3% profit sharing. Starting at 8 weeks paid time off. Continued education and professional allowance. Cardiac and peds differentials.

Qualifications

CRNAs must meet state licensure requirements and complete hospital credentialing for assigned facilities.
