Position Overview

Full-time CRNA positions with US Anesthesia Partners North Florida at Baptist Hospital Medical Center campuses in Jacksonville, Florida.

Practice Details

Adult anesthesia services across multiple campuses. Cases include general, orthopedic, gynecologic, neurosurgical (spine, stroke, aneurysm, craniotomy), obstetric, and cardiothoracic. No pediatrics. Supervision ratios typically 1:3 or 1:4. Spinals and arterial lines performed. Regional blockade proficiency not required.

Schedule and Call

Variety of shifts available including 13-hour, 12/8, 10-hour, and 24/8. Weekend and weekday call required but infrequent and taken at home by beeper.

Compensation and Benefits

Newly structured competitive compensation package. Sign-on bonuses of $40K, $50K, or $90K. 7 weeks paid time off to start. $2,500 CME allowance with in-house CME/ACLS recertification. 401k matching and profit-sharing.
