SWAT Program CRNA | New Jersey Region

Position Overview

CRNA role in the NAPA SWAT Program covering multiple sites in the New Jersey region. Full-time W2 employment with travel flexibility and benefits.

Compensation

Hourly rate of $151.44. Hours over 40 per week paid at 1.5x. Up to two calls per month included in base rate. Additional calls paid at $500 pager rate.

Schedule and Call

Schedule varies by site. Up to two calls per month included. Call types range from 8 to 24 hours. Overtime at 1.5x for hours over 40 per week.

Reimbursements

Up to $50 per workday for food. Lodging reimbursed up to $139 per night. Mileage reimbursed at IRS rates for distances over 30 miles one way. Corporate housing available for longer assignments with approval. Reimbursement for licenses, dues, and fees. Car rental and air travel available with approval.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-anesthesia assessment. Obtain and verify patient consent. Discuss anesthetic options and risks. Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor physiological condition. Perform clinical interventions as needed.

Requirements

Current license as registered professional nurse. Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program. Certified or recertified by AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
