No Call CRNA | Nellis AFB, NV

Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position supporting Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV. Independent practice without physician supervision.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Daily shifts begin at 0630 with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour durations. No weekends, no holidays, no call. Shift assignments determined by government supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full anesthesia experience independently including preoperative evaluations, monitored anesthesia care, regional, general and neuraxial anesthesia, invasive monitoring, fluid therapy, and post-operative evaluations.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay scale $115/hr to $170/hr. $25,000 sign-on bonus. Paid vacation, sick time, and federal holidays. Medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD/life insurance, HSA. Annual CME stipend and license/certification reimbursement. Matching 401K.

Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate in nursing from COA-approved program. Minimum 2 years active CRNA practice within last 6 months including general and obstetric (neuraxial) anesthesia. NBCRNA certification, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, ATLS. Ability to pass government background check.
