Position Overview

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System seeks CRNAs to join the Anesthesiology team at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Sarasota, FL. The role offers a wide scope of practice in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

A full-time CRNA covers 176 shifts annually with additional pay for extra shifts. Case mix includes Cardiac, Endo, General Surgery, Neuro, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Robotics, Spine, Vascular and Level II Trauma.

Staffing Model

Staffing includes 40+ Anesthesiologists and 100+ CRNAs covering 70+ sites. Physicians provide oversight of CRNAs. Average anesthesia volume is 65,000 cases annually.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation with tiered salary ranges based on years of experience. W-2 position. Generous retention bonus, quality incentives and relocation allowance. Premium pay for shifts past schedule or extra shifts. Benefits include health, dental, vision, long-term/short-term disability, 7 weeks PTO, 5 days CME and 403(b) with 4% match. Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia accredited by AANA. Active Florida APRN license. NBCRNA certification. Active BLS/PALS/ACLS from American Heart Association.
