Anesthesiologist with 1:5 Call | Woodbridge, VA

Position Overview

Full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist position with Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, Virginia. Employed role in a care team model.

Compensation

Annual compensation of $550,000. Base pay range $388,024 to $623,917. Competitive sign-on and commencement bonus package. 10 weeks paid annual leave. Annual CME allowance of $7,500. Two retirement plans with employer contributions. Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

Schedule and Call

Call schedule of 1:5. Night and weekend call from home via beeper. Post-call day off. Dedicated CRNA coverage in-house 24/7. Eight anesthesia locations operating Monday through Friday.

Case Mix

Approximately 9,200 cases annually including more than 1,500 deliveries. Diverse mix including general surgery, bariatrics, plastics, urology, vascular, neurosurgery, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, OB/GYN, and general pediatrics.
