Position Overview

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists seeks a BC/BE Anesthesiologist for a full-time role at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Compensation & Benefits

$520,000 annual shift-based compensation with additional earning potential. $75,000 sign-on/commencement bonus. $15,000 quality performance incentive. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement match, tuition assistance, student debt pay down, and 100% malpractice coverage. PSLF eligible.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Rotating shifts. 1:15 first call with post-call days always off. Hybrid model includes 1:3 supervision and own cases. Daily board runner and float CRNA support.
