Position Overview

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists seeks a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the team at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, Virginia. The role offers a shift-based compensation model at a 224-bed acute care hospital with over 6,300 annual cases.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation of $522,000 annually. Quality bonus of $15,000. Sign-on bonus up to $75,000. Base pay range $388,024 to $623,917. 10 weeks vacation. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Two retirement plans with employer contributions. Paid malpractice with tail coverage. $7,500 annual CME allowance. PSLF eligible.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Call schedule 1:7 with in-house CRNA support and post-call day off. Rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Board certified or board eligible in anesthesiology. Full-time W2 employment.
