Anesthesiologist with 1:7 Call | Hampton, VA

Position Overview

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists seeks a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the team at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, Virginia. The role is at a 224-bed acute care hospital with over 6,300 surgical cases annually.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation is $522,000 annually under a shift-based model. An annual quality bonus of $15,000 is included. Sign-on bonus up to $75,000. Benefits include 10 weeks of vacation, medical/dental/vision coverage, short and long-term disability, two retirement plans with employer contributions, paid malpractice with tail coverage, $7,500 annual CME allowance, and PSLF eligibility.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Call schedule is 1:7 with in-house CRNA support and post-call day off. Work shifts are rotating.

Qualifications

Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology is required. The position is open to experienced anesthesiologists.
