Compensation & Benefits

$520,000 annual shift-based compensation with additional earning potential. $75,000 sign-on/commencement bonus. $15,000 quality performance incentive. Schedule & Call Requirements

Rotating shifts. 1:15 first call with post-call days always off. Hybrid model includes 1:3 supervision and own cases. Daily board runner and float CRNA support.
