Position Overview

Full-time Anesthesiologist position with Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, a 525-bed Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Norfolk, Virginia. The hospital is the primary teaching site for Eastern Virginia Medical School and handles a broad surgical case mix including general, pediatric, orthopedic, neurosurgery, and more.

Schedule and Call Requirements

Rotating shifts with day after call off and no second call.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range of $388,024 to $623,916.80 annually for full-time. Sign-on and commencement bonuses available. 10 weeks built-in time off. Malpractice coverage with tail. $7,500 annual CME allowance. Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist. Full-time employment.
