Position Overview

MUSC Health Florence Medical Center seeks CRNAs for the Endoscopy and Surgery Center. The role involves collaboration with an Anesthesia Care Team of experienced CRNAs and board-certified anesthesiologists on a broad mix of cases.

Schedule and Call

Monday through Friday, 7A-5P. No call, no weekends, no nights. Scheduled weekly hours are 40.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base compensation for 40 hours plus additional hourly call pay. Occurrence malpractice coverage. Employer-funded retirement plan. 7 weeks PTO increasing to 8 weeks in year 3. $2,500 CME allowance plus 3 days off. $50,000 commencement bonus. $15,000 site incentive. Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility. Epic EMR.

Requirements

Minimum three years CRNA experience. Experience with major vascular, minimal pediatric, neuro, regional, and orthopedic anesthesia plus outpatient surgery. Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia for those hired after March 1, 2019. Current South Carolina APRN license or eligibility. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
