Position Overview

MUSC Health Florence Medical Center seeks CRNAs for a cardiac services role in Florence, SC. The position focuses primarily on major vascular, cardiac, and thoracic anesthesia with some general surgery and ASC cases.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base compensation for 40 hours plus additional hourly call pay. $50,000 commencement bonus, $15,000 site incentive, and $15,000 cardiac stipend. 7 weeks PTO increasing to 8 weeks in year 3. $2,500 CME allowance plus 3 days off. Employer-funded retirement plan. Occurrence malpractice coverage. Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with additional hourly call pay.

Facility Details

MUSC Health Florence Medical Center is a 396-bed acute care facility serving northeastern South Carolina. The role is part of an Anesthesia Care Team with experienced CRNAs and board-certified anesthesiologists.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program with master's degree or higher. Current South Carolina APRN license or eligibility. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
