No Call, $150K Bonus CRNA | Ocala, FL

Position Overview

CRNA full-time position at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital with Envision Physician Services. Base compensation up to $240K before overtime and shift differentials. $150K start date bonus plus annual retention bonuses. New graduates welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Full scope of practice including regional blocks, spinals, central and arterial line placement. Case mix includes cardiac, orthopedics, general, neurosurgery, vascular, endo, GYN, robotics, and trauma. No pediatrics or OB.

Schedule and Call

No call. 8 weeks PTO with increases based on tenure. Overtime opportunities available at $175 per hour. Shift differentials range from $100 to $200 per shift.

Compensation and Benefits

Facility Details

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is a 323-bed Level I trauma center and comprehensive stroke center. 15 operating rooms. Care team model with 20 physicians and 32 CRNAs. Privileges also at West Marion Community Hospital.

Location

Ocala, Florida. No state income tax. Equestrian community with access to Orlando, Tampa, and Gainesville.
