Position Overview
Full-time W2 CRNA role at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, Florida. Join a team of 8 anesthesiologists and 17 anesthetists in a collaborative practice model.
Key Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia for trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, GI, and neurovascular cases. Must be cardiac capable or willing to learn cardiac with minimum 2 years CRNA experience.
Compensation & Benefits
$150K sign-on bonus. Annual retention bonuses. Extra shifts at $175 per hour. 9 weeks PTO. Comprehensive health benefits. 401(k) with match. CME reimbursement. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
Facility Details
221-bed Level II Trauma Center. No OB, elective pediatrics, burns, or transplant cases.
Location Highlights
