Position Overview

Full-time CRNA role at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. The position offers Monday through Friday flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts with no on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements.

Monday through Friday schedule. Flexible shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours. No on-call, weekends, or holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate of $121 to $159, equating to an annual salary range of $251,680 to $330,720. $100,000 sign-on bonus. Forgivable loan option available. Licensure and certification costs covered. $2,250 annual CME reimbursement plus 40 hours of CME PTO. 30 days PTO, increasing with service. Malpractice insurance provided. Extra shift bonuses of $75 to $100 per hour. No non-compete clauses.

Practice Model

CRNA-led team in a collaborative care model. Anesthesia services for adult and pediatric patients in elective and emergency surgical settings.

Qualifications

Active RN and APRN license in Illinois. NBCRNA certification. Active DEA registration. ACLS, PALS, and NRP as required. Master's degree in nursing. New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply.
