Position Overview

CRNA position at Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, Illinois. Full-time role with hourly pay of $121-$159. Sign-on bonus eligible up to $100,000. No call, weekends, or holidays. Flexible 8- and 10-hour shift options.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate $121-$159. Sign-on bonus up to $100,000. Extra shift bonuses $75-$100/hour. 30 days PTO increasing with service. CME reimbursement $2,250 annually plus 40 hours CME PTO. Qualifications

Master's degree in nursing required. CRNA certification. Illinois RN and APN licenses. ACLS, PALS, and other certifications as specified. No experience required. New graduates accepted.

Major Responsibilities

Provide general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care. Perform pre- and post-anesthesia duties. Manage narcotics. Respond to emergencies. May provide labor analgesia.
