Compensation

Starting salary $210,000. Up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives. Up to $2,500 CME reimbursement and 5 additional PTO days per year. 30 days PTO accrual per year. Six weeks paid birthing-mother maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave. Dollar-for-dollar retirement match up to 3% plus 3% automatic non-elective contribution. Up to $7,500 transition assistance.

Qualifications

Current North Carolina RN license. Graduate of accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia. National Board certification as CRNA. Current North Carolina CRNA licensure. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
