Position Overview

Inpatient CRNA position at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. Starting salary $210,000. Level 1 trauma center with cases including orthopedic, vascular, burns, cardiothoracic, neurology, ENT, general, robotic, and gynecology.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Flexible scheduling with 8-, 11-, 12-, and 13-hour shift options, hybrid, and weekend shifts available.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary $210,000. Up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives. Up to $2,500 CME reimbursement and 5 additional PTO days per year. 30 days PTO accrual per year. Six weeks paid birthing-mother maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave. Retirement with dollar-for-dollar match up to 3% plus 3% automatic non-elective contribution. Up to $7,500 transition assistance.

Qualifications

Graduation from accredited nurse anesthesia program with master's degree or higher. North Carolina RN licensure and NBCRNA certification. Current ACLS and BLS. Clinical competency within scope of privileges.
