Position Overview

CRNA position at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital in Elkin, North Carolina. This full-time role covers a combination of inpatient and outpatient surgical care as part of a joint venture between Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Hugh Chatham Health.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary $210,000+. Up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives. CME reimbursement up to $2,500 plus 5 additional PTO days per year. PTO accrual starts at 30 days per year. Six weeks paid maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave. Retirement includes dollar-for-dollar match up to 3% plus 3% automatic non-elective contribution. Up to $7,500 transition assistance. Paid medical liability insurance and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

Current North Carolina RN license. Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia. National Board certification as a CRNA. Current North Carolina CRNA licensure. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
