Position Overview

Outpatient CRNA position at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Part of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, a level 1 trauma center and academic health system.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary $210,000+. Up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives. Transition bonus up to $7,500. CME reimbursement up to $2,500 plus 5 PTO days per year. PTO accrual starts at 30 days per year. Six weeks paid maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave. Retirement includes dollar-for-dollar match up to 3% plus 3% automatic contribution. Paid medical liability insurance. Facility Details

Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Medical Center Blvd, Winston-Salem, NC. Level 1 trauma center. Cases include orthopedic, vascular, burns, cardiothoracic, neurology, ENT, general, robotic, gynecology, EP, IR, MRI, burn tank, brachytherapy, and TEE.

Qualifications

Current North Carolina RN and CRNA licenses. Graduate of accredited nurse anesthesia school. National Board certification as CRNA. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
