Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at Memorial Health in Decatur, Illinois. The CRNA assesses patients, develops anesthesia care plans, administers anesthesia, monitors patients intraoperatively, and manages recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Monitor vital signs and physiologic status during procedures.
• Respond to emergencies with airway management and resuscitation.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and care team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

Current CRNA certification required. Master's degree preferred. New graduates must certify as soon as possible. Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range of $90.00-$140.00. Additional compensation through annual incentive program. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, 401(k) match, and health, dental, and vision insurance.

Physical and Mental Demands

Position involves frequent exposure to blood and body fluids. Requires walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, lifting assistance, fine motor control, and visual acuity. Must work under stress and maintain confidentiality.
