Position Overview
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Springfield Memorial Hospital in Springfield, IL. Hospital-employed full-time role with opportunities in Main OR or 50/50 Main OR and CVOR split.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay $90-$140
- Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus for experienced CRNAs
- 80 hours front-loaded PTO plus generous accrual
- Relocation assistance
- 5 days and $4,500 CME annually
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Practice Details
- 70+ CRNAs and 22 anesthesiologists
- 31,000+ anesthetics annually
- 23 Main ORs, 4 CVORs, 6 ambulatory ORs plus off-site locations
- Level 1 Trauma Center
- Clinical instructor opportunities
Schedule
Multiple shifts available with at-home shared call coverage.
Requirements
- AANA-accredited anesthesia program completion
- MSN, DNP or equivalent
- Illinois RN and APN licensure or eligibility
- NBCRNA certification (new grads eligible)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
