Pediatric Anesthesiologist Faculty | Burlington, VT

Position Overview

Full-time clinical scholar pathway faculty position at the Assistant, Associate or Professor level for a Board certified or Board eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical anesthesiology care including a mix of pediatric anesthesia and adult general OR, obstetrics, adult neurosurgery, and trauma. Mix of solo and supervision of CRNAs, CAAs, and residents.

Qualifications

Board certified or Board eligible in Pediatric Anesthesiology. Interest in supporting teaching, research, and clinical missions. Pediatric cases include general, ENT, Urology, Ortho, and others. No pediatric cardiac cases.

UVM Medical Center is a busy academic hospital with a Level 1 trauma center serving Vermont and northern upstate New York. Large collegial department with Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, CAAs, residency program, and pain fellowship.
