Position Overview

Cardiac CRNA full-time position at HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, Florida. Day shifts only with no call and no weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

$150K start date bonus plus annual retention bonuses. Cardiac stipend. $175/hr rate for extra shifts outside scheduled week. Full-time W-2 position. Robust benefits include medical, dental, vision, enhanced 401k match effective day 1, malpractice with tail coverage, CME allowance, and 9 weeks PTO.

Practice Details

Anesthesia care team of 8 physicians and 17 anesthetists. 7 ORs with 5,000 annual cases. Case mix includes general, ortho, trauma, ENT, urology, GI, and neurovascular. No OB, elective pediatrics, burns, or transplant.

HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is a 221-bed Level II Trauma Center.

Day position only. No call. No weekends.
