Position Overview

Join a collaborative anesthesia team across a Level I trauma center and community hospital 20 minutes apart in the Palm Beach area. Practice offers clinical variety, autonomy in a medical supervision model, and flexible scheduling.

Schedule and Call

Choose 8, 10, 12, or 14-hour shifts with predictable rotation blocks. Voluntary night call options available for extra income.

Compensation and Benefits

Guaranteed base salary starting at $230,000. Sign-on bonus included. Stipends for weekend shifts and call. 8 weeks PTO annually. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Paid malpractice with tail coverage. Annual CME allowance. Relocation assistance provided.

Case Mix

Delray site (Level I): open heart, structural heart, thoracic, vascular, neuro spine, robotics, complex endo/IR. West Boca site: ortho, GYN, general, ENT, plastics, peds, OB.

Qualifications

CRNA certification. Eligible for or active Florida CRNA license. New graduates welcome. Comfortable with autonomous, team-based practice across mixed-acuity sites.
