Position Overview
Award-winning Florida hospital seeks CAAs for a growing anesthesia team. Flexible 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts with no call, nights, weekends or holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges from $220,000 to $300,000 annually. New graduates start at $220,000; experienced CAAs earn up to $300,000. $80,000 sign-on bonus paid as lump sum on second paycheck. Optional extra shifts at premium pay. Nearly employer-paid health insurance from day one. 6% retirement contribution. Generous PTO. No state income tax.
Schedule & Call Requirements
No call required. Day shifts only in 8, 10 or 12-hour blocks. Flexible scheduling available.
Qualifications
New graduates encouraged to apply via Earn to Learn program. Diverse case mix includes orthopedics and complex neuroscience cases.
