Position Overview

BayCare Medical Group seeks Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants to join the anesthesia team at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa. The position features medically supervised practice with a broad high-acuity case mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across trauma, OB/Gyn, pediatrics, vascular, EP, IR, neurosurgery, robotics, thoracic, OMFS, endoscopy, urology, and ENT cases
• No open heart cases
• Work 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
• NCCAA certification required
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain
• ACLS and BLS certifications required

St. Joseph's Hospital is a 615-bed not-for-profit community hospital with more than 70 specialties. The campus includes St. Joseph's Women's Hospital and St. Joseph's Children's Hospital for a total of 934 beds.
